Well, these two rascals decided to play the game today (Levi was far more easily convinced than Luka - I think she gets 'bored' if Stellsy isn't in the pics too), so while Stella snoozed right next to us in her bassinette, we had a play in the 'studio' again!! Thanks kids for letting me take your pictures today, (I think the deal clincher was the promise of seeing Ice Age 3 this arvo which we LOVED!)

What fun! Hopefully day 3 (tomorrow) will be ALL the kids at once!!

she sleeps....

I decided on some sleepy shots this arvo, the kids are playing with trains in Levi's room, so it left me able to get Stella to sleep, and then play with her like a plasticine doll!! Shifting arms and legs to where I wanted, dummy in, dummy out... I had fun, can you tell?!!

Photo play!

Today I dressed the girls in white tops and jeans. (Stella has new jeans that are oh so gorgeous!!) Draped a white sheet over the end of my bed (I have a window that faces south, so the light is brilliant - thanks Tiff for the makeshift studio from the maternity shots!). We just played and the shots turned out really well (I'm happy with them anyway!!). One I think will be on the wall. Gee this is fun! Stay tuned for some with Levi in them. He didn't feel like playing today - I might bribe him after Stella wakes!

I have fiddled with this one on photoshop to lighten the photo - was extremely dark and looked like I should just delete it. Thankfully I didn't. Enjoy.

Me & Her

Don't mind me, I'm just going through my photos and finding ones that I want to share. Love this one, yes, taken with the new camera, courtesy of my brother who had a play with it when we visited. Luka and Mum, a rare shot of me, I'm usually (as most are) behind the lens!

My 2 big kids

These two are so helpful and wonderful that I seem to forget sometimes that they are still only little kids (don't tell them that, they would be horrified to think I said they're little as they pride themselves on being 'big')!! They've grown into two children that I'm proud of, and although they have their little drama's, who doesn't!! It's a great age, 6 yrs old and 4 & 1/2 yrs old, and they do love being outdoors so much, it's healthy good fun. This day we packed up and went out to the scrub for a bbq. Just the five of us. We explored after lunch, and had a great time.

new at this!!

Very new at this blogging thing, thought I'd rather share a little here than on fB! fB seems a bit too much like everyone knows my business, so here goes... I'm dabbling in photography with my new Olympus E420 D-SLR, and thought seeing's I've got a new toy, I'd best learn how to use it properly.. so with some encouragement from a lovely friend, I'm doing it!! I will be starting it this week, time permitting as we have school holidays and the kids are keeping me on my toes, so perhaps the nights will be utilised whilst MC is working!! Sit down, Buckle up & Enjoy the ride, as I'm sure going to!!
